Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp dragon fruit powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 lemon juice

Instructions

  • Soak the chia seeds in water for about 10–15 minutes until they form a gel-like texture.
  • Toss all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
